We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exactly the same as depicted or rendered in our online store.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

Many automotive products are vehicle-specific. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate vehicle information when requesting or purchasing vehicle-specific products, including, when applicable, year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, existing modifications, and other relevant vehicle specifications.

Aftermarket modifications, wheel diameter and width, offset, backspacing, tire size, suspension height, lift or lowering components, brake packages, body modifications, alignment specifications, and other vehicle characteristics may affect fitment and compatibility.

When a customer independently selects, specifies, or supplies a product, the customer is responsible for confirming compatibility and fitment.

When Kingdom Motorsports assists with product selection, recommendations are based upon the vehicle information provided by the customer and information reasonably available from manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and other industry sources.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any lawful reason at its discretion.

Your order is not accepted until KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS confirms acceptance. We must receive and process any required payment or deposit before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been accepted, submitted to a supplier or manufacturer, entered into production, or otherwise processed.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, telephone number, or other contact information provided at the time the order was placed.

Purchases, returns, cancellations, deposits, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

SECTION 4 – MOTOR VEHICLE LISTINGS AND SALES

Motor vehicles displayed on the Services are offered for informational and advertising purposes and are subject to prior sale, continued availability, verification, and final approval by Kingdom Motorsports.

Displaying a vehicle, vehicle price, financing information, payment estimate, or other vehicle information on the Services does not by itself create or complete a motor vehicle purchase transaction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, motor vehicles are not available for purchase through the standard online shopping cart or checkout process.

A motor vehicle sale is not final until all required purchase agreements, disclosures, title and registration documentation, financing documents when applicable, and any other legally required documentation have been properly completed and executed and the transaction has been accepted by Kingdom Motorsports.

Vehicle descriptions, mileage, equipment, options, features, photographs, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith. Customers should verify material vehicle information before completing a purchase.

Kingdom Motorsports reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, equipment, mileage, availability, photographic, or other listing errors or inaccuracies as permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised vehicle prices may not include applicable taxes, title, registration, tag, electronic filing, dealer or documentation charges, financing charges, optional products, delivery charges, or other applicable fees.

Any motor vehicle purchase is also subject to the specific purchase agreements, disclosures, Buyers Guide, warranty or "AS IS" disclosures, financing agreements, and other documentation executed in connection with that particular transaction.

If transaction-specific motor vehicle documents conflict with these website Terms concerning the motor vehicle purchase itself, the transaction-specific documents will control to the extent of that conflict.

SECTION 5 – FINANCING AND CREDIT APPLICATIONS

Financing may be available to qualified applicants through independent third-party lenders, financing companies, or other financial-service providers.

Financing is subject to application, credit approval, lender requirements, vehicle or product eligibility, applicable terms and conditions, and execution of all required documentation. Financing is not guaranteed.

Any examples of payments, down payments, interest rates, terms, monthly payments, or financing amounts displayed through the Services are for informational purposes unless expressly identified as a specific financing offer and remain subject to applicable terms and approval.

The Services may provide links to third-party credit applications, lenders, financing providers, or dealership technology platforms. Information submitted through those services may be collected and processed directly by the applicable third party and is subject to that party's terms, privacy practices, and applicable law.

Customers should not submit Social Security numbers or other sensitive credit-application information through Kingdom Motorsports' general website contact form.

SECTION 6 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

For products available for online purchase, the price charged will generally be the price in effect at the time the applicable order is accepted, subject to correction of errors and the other provisions of these Terms.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted product prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, freight, handling, customs, import charges, installation, labor, or other applicable charges.

Motor vehicle pricing is additionally subject to Section 4 of these Terms and all applicable transaction-specific disclosures and documentation.

Prices posted through our online store may differ from prices offered at our physical location or through third-party marketplaces, advertising platforms, suppliers, or other channels.

We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern with respect to that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, account, and contact information for purchases made through the Services.

You represent and warrant that payment information provided by you is true and accurate, that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method, and that charges properly incurred by you will be honored by the applicable payment provider.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping, freight, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Kingdom Motorsports is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight companies, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, supply-chain interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect delivered products promptly and, when reasonably possible, inspect freight shipments for visible damage before signing for or accepting delivery.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be reported in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases you make directly from KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS are transactions with KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS and not Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products or vehicles offered by KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS and is not responsible for the underlying sales transaction between you and KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly to you.

For online merchandise orders, we may cancel or modify an affected order when permitted by applicable law.

Motor vehicle listing errors and inaccuracies are additionally governed by Section 4 of these Terms.

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Services to violate applicable laws or regulations; infringe intellectual property or other legal rights; harass, threaten, defame, or unlawfully harm another person; transmit knowingly false or malicious information; distribute spam or unauthorized solicitations; impersonate another person or entity; transmit malicious software; unlawfully collect personal information; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; or engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

Product warranties, when applicable, may be provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's warranty terms.

Motor vehicle warranties or "AS IS" terms are governed by the applicable Buyers Guide, purchase documentation, written warranty documents, and applicable law.

SECTION 19 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

TO THE EXTENT SHOPIFY OR ANOTHER THIRD PARTY PROVIDES SERVICES DIRECTLY TO YOU, THE APPLICABLE THIRD PARTY'S TERMS MAY ALSO GOVERN THAT RELATIONSHIP.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KINGDOM MOTORSPORTS and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your material breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your infringement of a third party's rights, or your unlawful misuse of the Services.
